History

Attorney Berescik-Johns has been practicing law since 2010, and opened his own law firm in 2016.  The firm quickly outgrew its initial space in Simsbury, Connecticut, and moved to its present location in Hartford.  The Law Office of Austin B. Johns, LLC is now located in a historical building between the Connecticut Supreme Court and the Hartford Superior Court.

From working at a prestigious "Top 50" law firm in New York, to clerking in chambers at the Federal District Court of Connecticut, Attorney Berescik-Johns has addressed many sophisticated legal issues and complex cases.  He has extensive experience in the courtroom, and a significant record of success from the trial level through Connecticut and federal appellate courts.  Attorney Berescik-Johns is pleased to leverage that knowledge for the benefit of his clients, to achieve meaningful results.

Above all else, Attorney Berescik-Johns strives to represent people who have been, and who are representative of others who have been significantly and unjustly harmed, and who he can help through the legal system.
